Ingredients
  

FOR THE BOAT
  • 1/2 papaya seeds removed
  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries 70g
  • 1/2 cup natural or Greek yoghurt 125g
  • 1/2 cup diced papaya 75g
TOPPINGS
  • Fresh blueberries
  • kiwi
  • banana slices
  • shredded coconut
  • granola

Method
 

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients (berries, yoghurt and extra papaya) until smooth.
  2. Spoon smoothie into de-seeded papaya half and garnish with toppings. Serve immediately.
