Home Delivery Order Form

To help those who can’t get to our store due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we have introduced an online order form and home delivery service. Please note this is not a complete online shopping system, however will enable you to order goods from our store using the secure form below. We will always endeavour to supply all the products you have ordered, however some products may not be available due to supply issues.

Please see below a list of common questions and answers in regard to this service. Please note that we are offering this as a service to our community at this difficult time and we would ask you to understand that we will be doing our best to fulfil your order.

You can place an order using the online form below. To order we need to know your contact details, delivery address and obviously your order! We have divided the form into different departments to make it easier for you to order but also for our team to pick and pack you order. When listing the items in your order, please type each item on a new line ie:

Western Star Butter 500g
Full Cream Milk 2 litres
Greek Yoghurt 500g

When ordering please try to give us as much information about the product you want. As per example above Western Star Butter 500g, etc – If you are not concerned about the brand of product or exact size then please just describe the product – ie Yoghurt small tub, etc.

Zone 2 – Kin Kin, Boreen Point and Ringtail Creek

Our delivery service runs Monday – Friday excluding public holidays

Zone 2 – Monday & Thursday – Kin Kin, Boreen Point and Ringtail Creek

All orders need to be placed a minimum of 24 – 48 hours prior to the expected delivery date (Earlier the better). If your order is required urgently please contact our admin team on 07 5485 1297 – option 4 – general enquiries – between 8am and 3pm Monday – Friday and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Zone 1 –  $8.50 –  Black Mountain, Pomona, Federal, Pinbarren, Ringtail Creek, Cooran and Traveston

Zone 2 – $12 – Kin Kin, Boreen Point and Ringtail Creek

PICK AND PACK FEES

After placing your order, it is received at the store where a specially trained Pomona IGA ‘shopper’ selects your items. For this service we charge 6% of your shopping total up to a maximum of $18 per order.

The minimum order required for delivery is $50. If you feel your order is unlikely to be $50 or more, then please contact our admin team on 07 5485 1297 – option 4 -general enquiries between 8am and 3pm Monday – Friday.

Once we have picked, packed and totalled your order we will call you and take payment over the phone via credit/debit card. Please note to minimise any contact we are not accepting cash at this time. If you can not make payment over the phone via credit card, then please contact our admin team on 07 5485 1297 – option 4 – general enquiries – between 8am and 3pm Monday – Friday and we will try to find a solution.

NOTE: FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON THIS FORM.

To protect the safety of our staff and customers, we are encouraging anyone receiving goods to use a method of contactless delivery. Please make arrangements for deliveries to be placed in a secure place at the front of your property and ensure you are home to receive the order. We will alert you by knocking at the door/doorbell and will leave your order where you can easily access it or as described on your order form.

Your order will be packed in boxes and is delivered in our refrigerated van. If you are are going to be home at the time we deliver your order there is no need to use cool bags.

If there is going to be a delay from the time we leave your order to when you able to transfer items to a fridge, you can request your frozen and chilled goods to be packed in cool bags. The cost for each bag is $2.50.

IGA Pomona offers a unique ‘Supermarket Experience’. Catering for your everyday needs, aisles of groceries are surrounded by fresh produce, international foods, organics and gluten free products. There is also a gourmet deli, seafood, plus the added benefit of an onsite butchery.

We also have a kiosk at the front of store to top you up with hot coffee, or maybe some cake or just a freshly made sandwich.
